The legal division supports to the activities of competence of the Institute for needs of institutional purposes, ensuring legal-administrative coordination and legal consultancy activities on issues of general or sectoral importance.

It also gives consultancy and support on facilitated finance in partnership with specialized subjects in particular on subsidized loans, credit guarantees, non-repayable contributions, tax reliefs, interventions in risk capital, management of administrative reporting of calls for tender and public subsidies, organization of the financial structure, definition of financial procurement strategy, with the possible creation, implementation and management of workshops, seminars and specific training courses on entrepreneurship and subsidized finance, business organization and change management.

The division suggests to Head of the Institute collaborations, conventions and strategic partnerships with public and private subjects to create synergies and to acquire funds for research and teaching both nationally and internationally, the management of tenders and projects and their administrative reporting.
